About me:

Obtained a BA in Food & Nutrition at Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom and soon after a MA in Exercise & Nutrition Science at the University of Chester. With the end of the 1st master's degree, he completed his thesis on the topic: "Comparison of the eating habits and physical activity of Cypriot students between the university period and the holiday period". He then continued his studies at the University of Nicosia where he completed his master's degree in Clinical Dietetics. During his master's degree, he did his internship at the Limassol General Hospital, in private clinics, in rehabilitation centers for the elderly as well as in the health services.
